I'm Jen Dolan. I’ve been working in the user experience / information architecture field for nearly 20 years, including 10 as a consultant to a wide variety of businesses.  I take seriously the trust and investment my teammates and clients give to me and, as an MBA as well, strive to deliver real value to the business.

Outside of my work, I’m a mother, wife, and avid reader, and I believe coffee makes everything better.

I’ve led large and small digital projects from start to finish, managed other team members, and have also been one of many UXers on a larger team. Coworkers, clients, and partners tell me they appreciate my depth of experience, can-do attitude and calm nature. 

These days, my preferred tools include Figma, Axure, Mural, Dovetail, and a variety of others that I employ depending on the project.
